WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST SERVICE EVER RECIEVED IN ANY SECTOR OF MY ACTIVITIES IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

What a bunch of clowns. They took charge of final delivery of a parcel consigned to SMAWORLDWIDE.com on Tuesday 17th of Dec and failed to deliver it until 10.46 on Fri 20th. After failing to deliver it on 19th (smaworldwide were hopeless- no refreshed tracking info and lying about callbacks for info) some brainless woman (Vicky...I think)called me to say that since the depot was only 3 miles from my home, would go to pick it up from the problem of being at the bottom of the priority list consistently. Then she called to say "OOPS it's on the van by accident". thence a series of lies and evasions and a screwed up dinner date as I waited as re progress. No explanation- bugger all till poor van driver who had been dumped on, turned up at 10 46!! Poor sod had worked his butt off and was due at least 4.5 overtime at double time !!! But he was used and lies were told about his progress especially by supervisor Ellen. I could not go to dinner due to the farrago nonsense Ellen put ou!. Of Couse nobody answerers the phone after 8.00 and the much vaunted 24 h service did not exist. The van driver complained bitterly bout his work conditions and the extra which was dumped on him! Poor sod - but very informative about the wanker managers/directors with the Beamer and the LR Discovery who will be very surprised when they get a writ for restitution of stress caused to me. Small claims court here I come! No only money back but damages big time. NEVER use this bunch of mendacious incompetent clots if you value your sanity...and want your package delivered in less time than eternity...NO HOPERS AND LIERS PROBABLY VOTE FOR THE POSH RIP OFF BOYS CURRENTLY IN GOVERNMENT SAME GRANT SHAPS SYLE!!
